1. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

2. Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)

All products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
If a defect appears within this period, we will inspect the item and repair or replace it at no additional cost.

3. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. By accepting the order, you confirm that the product meets your expectations.

4. Payment Methods

Payment can be made upon delivery (cash on delivery) or through any available payment options shown at checkout.

5. Product Accuracy

Orders will only be accepted if the received item matches the product shown in the listing images.
If there is any mismatch, you have the right to refuse the order at delivery without paying shipping fees.

6. Sneaker Care & Protection Products

All sneaker care items (cleaners, protectors, sprays, etc.) must be used according to the provided instructions.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect use or application.
